Who want the Smoke is a must-attend event put on by TB5 Reports – Kellen “Buff” Buffington. Buff started this event a couple of years ago and every year more stars show up to show out on this platform. This year I had a few kids that embraced the stage.
Cason Wallace – Physical Guard, can score on all three levels, defend, and is not afraid of the moment.
Wade Taylor – Top 5 point guard in the country displayed his talent against some of the best players in the region.
Anthony Black – Coming of age party on a major stage. Black is a 6’5 kid who can play 1-4, bring the ball up, give the opposing point guard fits, or just flat-out dunk on you. This kid was fun to watch.
Keyonte George – This kid has a great chance of making it to the league. George can shoot the ball with the best of them, but also put the ball on the ground and finish at the rim. Scoring is his specialty, he is just a walking bucket.
Jordan Walsh – If he increases his corner three-point percentage, 3 and D guy is in his future in the NBA. He was the most athletic person in the gym. He is a legit 6’7 and can jump out the jump out the gym. Looking forward to seeing if he works on his three-point efficiency
Daimion Collins – This kid is long, athletic and has great touch around the rim.
Langston Love – Strong 6’3 guard that can shoot and finish at the rim.
The best game of the event was when BMM (Basketball Means More) played TAZ Elite. Due to Covid, Most Nike teams were shut down so players had to scramble to find teams to play with and BMM and TAZ Elite picked up a good amount of these Nike Kids that did not have an AAU home. This Game has Cason Wallace, Keyonte George, Langston love, and Daimion Collins all on one court.
